The Boston Circus Guild is a collaborative-based membership organization of over fifty musicians, artists, circus performers, dancers, and event producers from the New England area.

The Boston Circus Guild is proud to have been an Artist In Residence at the American Repertory Theater.
The Boston Circus Guild regularly performs at prestigious events and venues throughout New England including OBERON, the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, the Peabody Essex Museum, the Museum of Science, the Artists for Humanity EpiCenter, Honk! Festival, and the Outside the Box Festival.
In the summer of 2016, the board and staff of the BCG discussed the values underlying the crucial work of the organization and what it means to be held accountable to those values. From this point forward, the board, staff, and membership will be expected to hold themselves and each other accountable to these values.
Executive Director - Ginny D'Angelo
Ginny believes that the production of art is integral to daily life and that The Boston Circus Guilds serves as a beacon for both performers and audiences in the community. She has almost a decade of experience in administrative management and has been a member of the Boston Circus Guild since 2015. She brings her experience in financial management, project management, marketing, team leadership, and is also a longstanding member of the Boston arts scene. She is an experienced producer, performer, and arts organizer, and will combine her experience in the arts with her experience in administration to further uphold the core values of the Boston Circus Guild. Ginny holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Union Institute and University.
Bookings Director - Michael "Mooch" Mucciolo
Michael has been managing circus entertainment in the New England area for over 7 years. As Senior Bookings Manager for Boston Circus Guild as well as co-owner and Booking Manager for A Different Spin, he has overseen over $1.25 million in contracts for events. When not performing or managing other circus performers, Michael has also been Production Manager and/or Circus Director for numerous Boston Circus Guild original theatrical/experiential circus productions including those during the organization's current residency with the American Repertory Theater. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for The Spinning Arts Foundation. Michael holds a B.A. in Physics from Vassar College.
Bookings Manager - Danna Solomon
Danna has been working in the arts in varying capacities since 2007, having served in administrative and management roles at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, the Tufts University Department of Music, Out of the Blue Arts & Education Trust in Edinburgh, and Maiden Phoenix Theatre Company. A classical flutist, avid social dancer, and lover of stories, Danna is a strong advocate for interdisciplinary art and innovative artistic presentation, and believes art is for everyone! She holds a B.A. in English and Religion from Tufts University and an M.A. in Arts, Festival and Cultural Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
Marketing Director - Ricky Hawkins
Ricky is a man of many talents, currently lending his artistic eye to the Boston Circus Guild as their chief Graphic Designer and creative Manager. He has been juggling since the age of 10, but fell in love with the circus while studying at Vassar College with his friend and colleague Michael Mucciolo. Taking the reigns as the "Grand Monkey" of the on-campus circus group The Barefoot Monkeys, Ricky ran rehearsals, managed PR, booked shows and helped grow the membership. Since 2008 he has headed the professional fire spinning group A Different Spin, writing shows, choreography, and running the business. He was there to help the Boston Circus Guild get off the ground back during its inception as a legal entity, and has been enjoying the ride ever since.
